Payment for professional services is due at the time dental treatment is provided. We will make every effort to provide a treatment plan that works with your timetable and budget. A plan that also must give your child the very best possible standard of care. We will inform you of all estimated costs in writing before any treatment.
If you have dental insurance for your child, be sure to fill out and bring to your first appointment, the New Patient Questionnaire. We will be happy to file a claim for you as a courtesy when you do. You should be familiar with your insurance benefits. You might also research your insurance web site for the details of your dental benefits plan.
We will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits, however, you are financially responsible for your account.
