How to Make an Appointment

What to Bring with You to the First Appointment
For your child's first appointment, please bring the following items:

We accept most all PPO dental insurance plans, and our staff is here to assist you with submitting claims. Please download and complete our patient forms prior to your child's appointment to expedite the check-in process.
